These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bachelier Maths mobile application (the "App"), in its iOS and Android versions. The App is operated by Brocko Studio Ltd, registered address 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to additional features and content. Subscription pricing and details are displayed within the App.

Subscriptions renew automatically until they are cancelled. Billing, management and cancellation go through the account of the store that sold you the subscription, and are governed by that store's terms.

iOS. The sale and the billing are handled by Apple, through your Apple Account, and cancellation must take place at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store.

Android. The sale and the billing are handled by Google, through your Google account. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Google Play.

4. Educational Disclaimer

The App is designed as a study and revision tool to support preparation for the French baccalauréat. It provides practice questions.

The App does not guarantee exam results or academic performance. Success depends on many factors including individual effort, prior knowledge, and study habits.

The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for formal instruction.

5. Data and Privacy

The App is designed to minimise the data it processes. What is processed, why, and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Any data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and the requirements of the platforms that distribute the App.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are given, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brocko Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you use the App as a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country where the law so allows.

11. Intellectual Property and Attribution

All content within the App, including questions, explanations, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of Brocko Studio Ltd unless otherwise stated.

12. Language

These Terms are drawn up in French. This English translation is provided for information only; in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
